Race Information

The Port Chalmers to Dunedin Road Race entry is open to both registered and non-registered athletes. . A sealed handicap race which will apply to registered athletes only. Athletes to be 17 years or over on race day.

Separate individual and team results will be declared for men and women from Athletics Otago registered race entrants, but races will be held concurrently. Three runners will count for both men and women’s teams’ races.

Entries close on Thursday 26 January at 12.00am.  Late entries will be accepted for this event up to 12.15pm on race day for athletes not in the sealed handicap. Cost of late entries an additional $15.00

Entry fees:

Athletes registered with Athletics New Zealand via clubs All age groups $10.00
Athletes not registered with Athletics New Zealand via a club All age groups $25.00
Late entry fee       $15.00
Bus from Caledonian Ground to Port Chalmers       $5.00





 Race Day Programme

Bus leaves Caledonian Ground   12.15pm

Race Start Borlases Rd              1.00pm

Afternoon Tea & Presentations    3.00pm

Spot Prizes including a $250.00 Shoe Clinic Dunedin shoe voucher

$2000.00 to the first person to break the course record either men's for men or women's for women
